July 9, 1906, deputies who came to the Tauride Palace for the next meeting found locked doors. And next to him on the column hung a manifesto signed by the tsar to end the work of the First Duma, because she, called to "bring calmness" into society, only "stirs up trouble". About 200 deputies (mostly Trudoviks and Cadets) went to Vyborg, where they prepared and adopted appeals to the "People from People's Representatives". А рядом на столбе висел манифест за подписью царя о прекращении работы I Думы, поскольку она, призванная «вносить спокойствие» в общество, лишь «разжигает смуту». Около 200 депутатов (в основном трудовики и кадеты) выехали в Выборг, где подготовили и приняли воззвания «Народу от народных представителей».
